Flushing is an urban neighborhood in the northern part of the borough of Queens in New York City, New York. Flushing is now home to large Chinese, Taiwanese, Korean, Filipino, Indian, Hispanic, and African American communities. The neighborhood is part of Queens Community Board 7. Flushing is bounded by Shea Stadium on the West, Francis Lewis Boulevard on the East, Jewel Avenue on the South and Willets Point Boulevard.
