Ocean County Mall je super-regional mall, otevřen v roce 1976. Nachází se v Toms River, New Jersey na Hooper Avenue. K mallu se dostanete sjetím z Garden State Parkway na Exitu 82 a poté po Route 37 East. Mall vlastní Simon Property Group. The mall has a gross leasable area of 890,000 ft².
The mall is anchored by Boscov's, J.C. Penney, Macy's and Sears. It also contains several eateries, including Applebee's, Burger King, Friendly's, Subway, and a small food court. The Ocean County Mall is the only enclosed mall in Ocean County. It is a popular destination for tourists in the Toms River area during the summer season.
V roce 2003 byl interiér mallu kompletně renovován. The seating and lounge areas throughout the mall are donated by Deborah Heart and Lung Center. The lounge areas have brochures and televisions where shoppers can check their health and learn more about Deborah. Deborah also sponsors a mall walking club, "Deborah's Healthy Hearts Club". Membership is free and upon joining members receive a membership card, a complimentary gift and a list of discounts available to members at participating Ocean County Mall stores.

The mall has designed a Self-Paced Walking Program for health-conscious individuals in a controlled environment. There is a stretch of discolored tile around the perimeter of the mall with numbers engraved marking walking distance.
V roce 1976, the Toms River area, although growing quickly, was still relatively rural. However, there were no large shopping destinations other than the Monmouth Mall in Eatontown, over a half hour north. Today, the entire northern Ocean County area has exploded in growth and many residents consider the size of the mall to be relatively small in comparison with the population of the area. Thus, in the early 1990s, a massive, more upscale mall was built in Freehold (Freehold Raceway Mall), just 10 miles away. Even so, during the holiday season, the mall's parking lot routinely is filled, and especially on the days leading up to Christmas, a parking space is nearly impossible to find.
The mall is located directly across the street from the Seacourt Pavilion.
